Pelikaan rewards points are earned when you play slot machines with your membership card inserted into the machine. These points can be converted into Free Play, which is virtual currency that you can use to place bets on slot machines and win real money. Free Play cannot be cashed out.

Similar to points, Pelikaan Tier Credits are earned when you play slot machinesd with your membership card inserted in a slot machine. Tier Credits are virtual points used to evaluate your membership level, and you’ll also earn raffle tickets based on the amount of Tier Credits you earn.

Tier Credits reset to zero (0) every 3 months. Tier Credits cannot be converted into Free Play or exchanged.

Earn Tier Credits while playing slot machines, and every 3 calendar months, your card may be automatically upgraded to a higher level if you earned enough Tier Credits in the previous 3 months.

Your membership level is determined based on the number of Tier Credits earned in the previous 3 months according to the the following thresholds: 2.500 to achieve Gold, 6.000 to achieve Platinum, and 12.000 to achieve Diamond.

After 6 months of inactivity, points and Free Play automatically expire.

When you insert your membership card into a slot machine, the player display at the bottom of slot machine will show two circular progress indicators that show you your points and Tier Credits, as well as the Tier Credits remaining to upgrade to the next level and the validity period of your status.

When your membership level is upgraded from Silver to a higher level, your status is valid for a limited time depending on your level and how many Tier Credits you earn.

When you ere upgraded to Gold, Platinum, or Diamond, your membership level will enter a maintenance period of 3, 6, or 12 months respectively. During this period, your status cannot be downgraded, but you may still be upgraded in subsequent calendar quarters if you earn enough Tier Credits.

After the maintenance period expires, your membership level may be downgraded to a lower level or may be maintained at the current level based on the number of Tier Credits you earned in the 3 months prior to the end of the maintenance period.
