Pelikaan Casino Audi Q3 Giveaway 2025 Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Audi Q3 giveaway (the “Promotion”), players hereby agree to the following Terms & Conditions. For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, “Casino” refers to Pelikaan Casino, and “Player” refers to any eligible participant in the Promotion.

I. Promotion Period
The Promotion earning period runs from December 29th, 2024, at 00:00 PM through March 8th, 2025 at 22:00. Weekly raffles will be held every Saturday beginning on January 4th, 2025, until a grand finale on March 8th, 2025.

II. Eligibility

The Promotion is open exclusively to Pelikaan Rewards members aged 18 and older. A valid government-issued ID must be presented at the time of the raffle drawings to claim any prize.

III. How to Participate

Players earn one (1) raffle ticket for every 150 Tier Credits (points) earned during the Promotion Period, with a weekly limit of 25 raffle tickets per person (counted from Mondays to Sundays). Players can only earn Tier Credits by playing slot machines at Pelikaan Casino while their player card is inserted into the machine. Raffle tickets are only valid for the weekly Saturday raffle during the week they were printed and the grand finale raffle on March 8th, 2025.

After the last drawing of the day for weekly free play raffles, the raffle drum will be emptied and raffle tickets will be saved to be used again for the final raffle of the Grand Prize.

IV. Raffle Prizes

Every Saturday from January 4th, 2025, through March 8th, 2025, a total of ANG 5,000 (five thousand guilders) in Free Play will be awarded, split between 10 (ten) winners. On March 8th, 2025, a total of ANG 4,000 (four thousand guilders) will be awarded, split between 8 (eight) players. Free Play is virtual credits that players can only use to play at slot machines and cannot be cashed out, redeemed, or exchanged. Prizes for weekly raffles will be a prize of ANG 500 (five hundred guilders) Free Play each. On March 8th, 2025, the Grand Prize will be a combination of a 2024 Audi Q3 SL Edition with registration and road tax paid, a pre-paid card from Asogas with a balance of ANG 2,500.00, and a full-coverage auto insurance policy valid for 1 year from the date that the winner takes ownership of the car.

V.  Ticket Validity and Usage

Each raffle ticket is valid only for the weekly Saturday raffle in the week it was printed and for the grand finale on March 1st, 2025. Tickets do not carry over to subsequent weekly raffles. For example, a raffle ticket printed in Week 1 is only valid for that Saturday’s raffle and the grand finale but not for raffles in subsequent weeks.

VI. Winner Selection and Prize Limitations

Winners will be randomly drawn from the pool of eligible tickets at each raffle. Winning tickets will be removed from the raffle drum and cannot be reused in any subsequent raffle drawings. A participant may only win one free play raffle drawing per day. However, participants may win raffle drawings on multiple days throughout the Promotion period. If a player wins a free play prize on the final day of the promotion, they may also win the Grand Prize.

VII. Claiming Prizes

Winners must be physically present at the time of the drawing to claim a prize and must present a valid government-issued ID to verify eligibility. Winners must claim their prize immediately following the announcement of their winning ticket. If a winner does not come forward within one (1) minute of the announcement, a new ticket will be drawn to award the prize. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or substituted. Winners must accept their prize as is, or must forfeit the prize, after which a new winner will be randomly drawn from the pool of eligible tickets.

If the Grand Prize winner sells the car or transfers ownership of the car within 1 year of claiming the car, the winner will forfeit the auto insurance provided by the Casino.

VIII. General Conditions

Pelikaan Casino reserves the right to modify or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notice. By participating in the Promotion, players agree to abide by these terms and conditions as well as all other applicable casino rules. Pelikaan Casino is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged tickets. All decisions made by Pelikaan Casino management regarding the Promotion are final.

IX. Publicity and Privacy

By accepting a prize, winners agree to allow Pelikaan Casino to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
