  • By participating in the Pelikaan Casino 25th Anniversary Cash Giveaway (the “Promotion”), players hereby agree to the following Terms & Conditions. For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, “Casino” refers to Pelikaan Casino, and “Player” refers to any eligible participant in the Promotion.

            I.            Promotion Period
    The Promotion earning period runs from November 12, 2024, through December 28, 2024. Weekly raffles will be held every Saturday beginning on November 16th until a grand finale on December 28th, 2024.

          II.            Eligibility

    The Promotion is open exclusively to Pelikaan Rewards members aged 18 and older. A valid government-issued ID must be presented at the time of the raffle to claim any prizes.

        III.            How to Participate

    Players earn one (1) raffle ticket for every 100 tier credits (points) earned during the Promotion Period. Players can only earn Tier Credits by playing slot machines at Pelikaan Casino while their player card is inserted into the machine. Raffle tickets are only valid for the weekly Saturday raffle during the week they were issued and the grand finale raffle on December 28, 2024.

       IV.            Raffle Prizes

    Every Saturday from November 16, 2024, through December 21, 2024, a total of ANG 10,000 in cash prizes will be awarded. Prizes for each weekly raffle will include five (5) prizes of ANG 1,000 each and one (1) prize of ANG 5,000. On December 28, 2024, a total of ANG 40,000 in cash prizes will be awarded. Prizes will include six (6) prizes of ANG 2,500 each and one (1) grand prize of ANG 25,000.

          V.            Ticket Validity and Usage

    Each raffle ticket is valid only for the weekly Saturday raffle in the week it was issued and for the grand finale on December 28, 2024. Tickets do not carry over to subsequent weekly raffles. For example, a ticket issued in Week 1 is only valid for that Saturday’s raffle and the grand finale but not for raffles in subsequent weeks.

       VI.            Winner Selection and Prize Limitations

    Winners will be randomly drawn from the pool of eligible tickets at each raffle. A participant may only win one prize per raffle day. However, participants may win on multiple raffle days throughout the Promotion period.On the final raffle day (28/12/2024), participants may win both a prize of ANG 2,500 and the grand prize of ANG 25,000. Winners must be physically present at the time of the drawing to claim a prize and must present a valid government-issued ID to verify eligibility.

     VII.            Claiming Prizes

    Winners must claim their prizes immediately following the announcement of their winning ticket. If a winner does not come forward within five (5) minutes of the announcement, a new ticket will be drawn to award the prize. For any prizes exceeding ANG 10,000, the Casino reserves the right to pay the prize via bank transfer.

    VIII.            General Conditions

    Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or substituted. Pelikaan Casino reserves the right to modify or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notice. By participating in the Promotion, players agree to abide by these terms and conditions as well as all other applicable casino rules. Pelikaan Casino is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged tickets. All decisions made by Pelikaan Casino management regarding the Promotion are final.

       IX.            Publicity and Privacy

    By accepting a prize, winners agree to allow Pelikaan Casino to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
